Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VATGUCHER Travel and every service we provide. Please read them before placing an order.
Effective: 9 July 2026
1. Who we are
VATGUCHER Travel ("we", "us", "our") is an independent travel coordination and information service operating at vatguchertravel.com. We help eligible travelers plan journeys to Russia via Kaliningrad, prepare e-visa applications and supporting documents, and stay informed throughout the process.
We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, visa center or law firm, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We do not issue visas, we do not submit applications on any official's behalf, and we cannot influence the outcome of any application or border decision. What we provide is preparation, review, planning and support — the parts of the journey that are within a traveler's control.
2. Services
We offer six fixed-price services: Russia E-Visa Support, Route Planning via Kaliningrad, Document & Travel Support, Full Travel Assistance, Express 24-Hour Review and Personal Travel Consultation. The scope of each engagement is defined by the service description published on this site at the time you order, including the listed inclusions and delivery timelines.
Anything not listed in a service description is outside its scope. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us before ordering — we would rather clarify scope in advance than disappoint you later.
3. Eligibility and accuracy of information
Our work depends entirely on the information you give us. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information about your citizenship, passport, travel history and travel plans, and to tell us promptly if anything changes.
If information you provide turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete, we may need to redo work, adjust recommendations or, in serious cases, decline to continue. We are not responsible for outcomes — including application returns, refusals or border complications — that result from inaccurate or withheld information. Work made unusable by inaccurate client information is treated as delivered for the purposes of our Refund Policy.
4. Ordering and payment
Ordering works in three steps:
- You place an order through the site. You are not charged at this point.
- Within 1–12 hours we confirm your order and eligibility personally via your preferred channel and send you a secure payment link.
- Work begins once your payment is confirmed.
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are net prices — VAT is added at checkout where applicable (see section 5). Payment is made through the secure link we send; we never ask for card details over chat or email. If we cannot confirm your eligibility at the confirmation stage, we tell you plainly and no payment is taken.
5. VAT for EU customers
If you are a customer resident in a European Union member state, VAT (IVA) is added at checkout at the standard rate of your country of residence. The exact VAT amount and the resulting total are shown to you before you confirm your order — there are no charges you have not seen in advance. Customers outside the EU are not charged VAT.
6. No guarantee of visa or entry
No one can guarantee a visa or entry to any country, and we do not. Final decisions on e-visa applications rest with the relevant immigration authorities, and final decisions on entry rest with border officers on the day of crossing. This remains true no matter how well an application or crossing is prepared.
What we do is optimize everything within the traveler's control: accurate forms, compliant photos and documents, realistic routes and honest preparation. If we believe your case has a genuine problem, we tell you before you travel, not after.
7. Client responsibilities
In addition to providing accurate information, you are responsible for:
- submitting your own e-visa application through the official channel — we review and guide, but the application is made in your name by you;
- reading the plans, checklists and reviews we deliver, and following them or telling us where they do not fit your situation;
- meeting the deadlines that your own travel dates impose, including applying for the e-visa early enough for processing and possible revision;
- complying with the laws and entry requirements of every country on your route, including transit countries;
- arranging your own travel insurance, tickets and accommodation bookings.
8. Communication and response times
We communicate in English via email (vatgucher@gmail.com), Telegram (@vatguchertravel) and WhatsApp. Our standard first-response time is 1–12 hours. Delivery timelines for each service are stated in its description and are measured from the moment we have both your confirmed payment and the information we need from you.
Live travel-day support, where included in a service, is provided during your agreed travel days via Telegram or WhatsApp.
9. Intellectual property
The route plans, checklists, document reviews and written summaries we deliver are prepared for your personal use for your specific trip. You may share them with the people traveling with you. You may not resell them, republish them or use them to provide services to third parties. The content of this website remains our property.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for:
- decisions of visa, immigration or border authorities, including refusals, returns, delays or denied entry;
- transport disruptions, schedule changes, checkpoint closures or queue times outside our control;
- force majeure events, including changes in law, regulation or border policy after a plan is delivered;
- indirect losses such as missed connections, lost bookings or lost income.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
11. Refunds
In short: a full refund before work starts, a fair refund of the unused portion if work is in progress, and no refund once a service has been fully delivered. The full rules, including the consultation fee credit and how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Privacy
Preparing travel documents requires personal data, and we treat it carefully. How we collect, use, store and delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date; orders already confirmed continue under the terms in force when they were placed. If a change is significant, we highlight it on the site.
14. Contact and disputes
Questions about these terms are welcome at vatgucher@gmail.com or via Telegram (@vatguchertravel). If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first: we commit to resolving disagreements through good-faith negotiation before any other step, and in our experience a direct conversation resolves almost everything.
VATGUCHER Travel is an independent coordination and information service. We are not a government body, embassy or visa center, and we do not issue visas. Final decisions are always made by border and immigration authorities.
