Refund Policy
A refund policy should be simple enough to trust before you pay. Ours is: nothing started, everything back; work in progress, the unused portion back; work delivered, delivered.
Effective: 9 July 2026
1. Before work starts: full refund, no questions asked
If you cancel at any point before we start work on your case, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, including any VAT charged. You do not need to give a reason. Because payment is only taken after we personally confirm your order, there is usually a natural window between paying and the start of work — cancelling in that window is always free.
2. If we find you are not eligible: full refund
Every engagement begins with an eligibility check. If, before starting substantive work, we determine that you are not eligible for the Russian e-visa — because of your citizenship, passport situation or any other reason — we tell you plainly and refund the full amount. We do not charge for telling you the service cannot help you.
3. Work in progress: refund of the unused portion
If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to work not yet performed. We assess this in good faith against the stated inclusions of the service you ordered: each engagement is made up of concrete steps (for example an eligibility check, a document review, a route draft), and we itemize which steps are complete and which are not.
You receive that itemized breakdown with the refund offer, so you can see exactly how the amount was calculated. If you think our assessment is wrong, tell us — we would rather adjust a breakdown than argue over one.
4. Fully delivered services: no refund
Once a service has been fully delivered — the plan or document package delivered, the written review completed, or the consultation held — the fee is earned and no refund is due. Where a service description includes a revision round (for example the full revision round in Russia E-Visa Support, or the follow-up question round in the Express 24-Hour Review), that revision is part of the service and remains available to you after delivery at no extra cost.
If you believe a delivered service did not match its published description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review it against the stated inclusions and put right anything that falls short.
5. Consultation fee credit
The Personal Travel Consultation (€60) works slightly differently: once the live-chat session has been held, the fee is not refundable, but it is fully credited toward any other service you book with us afterwards. In practice, if the consultation leads to a booking, it costs you nothing.
6. Visa refusals and border decisions
A visa refusal, an application return, or denied entry at the border is not by itself grounds for a refund of correctly delivered work. Those decisions are made by immigration and border authorities, not by us, and they can occur even when every part of an application and route is prepared properly. What you pay for is the preparation, review and planning — and that is what we deliver.
We say this plainly because it is fair to know it before you order, not after. It cuts both ways: where a refusal traces back to an error in our work, we treat the service as not correctly delivered and resolve it under section 4 — including, where appropriate, redoing the work or refunding it.
7. How to request a refund
Email vatgucher@gmail.com or message us on Telegram (@vatguchertravel) with your order number and, if you wish, a short note on the reason. We acknowledge refund requests within 1–12 hours and confirm the outcome — the amount and the itemized breakdown where one applies — within 2 business days.
8. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned via the original payment method, in euros, within 5–10 business days of confirmation. Where VAT was charged on the refunded amount, it is refunded in the same proportion. We cannot control how long your bank or card issuer takes to post the funds once sent, but we send confirmation when the refund is issued.
9. Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask before you order — vatgucher@gmail.com or Telegram (@vatguchertravel). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
VATGUCHER Travel is an independent coordination and information service. We are not a government body, embassy or visa center, and we do not issue visas. Final decisions are always made by border and immigration authorities.
